What a sub-processor is
A sub-processor is a third party we engage to process personal data as part of delivering the Services. Each sub-processor below is bound by a written data processing agreement that requires it to protect personal data to a standard consistent with our Privacy Policy and, where you are a business customer, our Data Processing Addendum.
Our core application, database, and encrypted backups are hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH within the European Union (Germany and Finland). The providers below located outside the UK and EEA transfer data under an approved safeguard, shown in the table.

Changes to this list
We keep this page current. Before we add a new sub-processor that processes customer personal data, we will update this list. Business customers with a signed Data Processing Addendum can request advance notice of changes as described in that addendum.
