Subscriptions & billing

Each Badger tool is subscribed to separately, so you only pay for what your organisation uses. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.

Free trials

Most tools offer a free trial so you can try before you pay. Where a trial is available, you can start it without entering card details. If you do nothing when the trial ends, the subscription does not continue — we will never charge you without a payment method in place.

Subscribing to a tool

Choose a tool and plan from the Pricing page or your dashboard. Checkout is completed on Stripe's secure payment page. Once payment is confirmed, the tool is enabled for your organisation and everyone with access can start using it.

Plans differ by tool — for example in usage limits and the number of team members included. The plan details are shown at the point of subscribing.

Managing your subscription

From your dashboard you can:

• change plan as your needs grow or shrink;
• update your payment method and billing details; and
• cancel a subscription.

These are managed through the secure billing portal. Only owners and admins can make billing changes — see Team & roles.

Payment, invoices, and VAT

We do not store your card details — they are held securely by Stripe. Every payment produces an invoice you can view and download from your billing history. VAT is added where applicable and shown on your invoice.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then does not renew. The exact terms are in our Terms of Service.

Custom and enterprise pricing

Larger organisations can arrange custom plans and limits. If a standard plan does not fit, get in touch to discuss an enterprise arrangement.
